Overview
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Supervise construction projects to ensure projects are completed per design, within budget and on time
2. Manage, coordinate and direct subcontractors
3. Keep accurate records of projects and progression
4. Assist project manager with day to day site duties and construction administration duties such as purchase orders,
change orders and others
5. Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, owners, etc
6. Maintain safety standards in all aspects of each project
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
a. 2 plus years experience in the construction industry for projects.
b. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, materials, negotiation, engineering,
estimating, scheduling and safety)
c. Superior communication and interpersonal skills required (tact, diplomacy, responsiveness)
d. Proficiency in office suite software and other construction related applications
e. Have a degree or diploma in a field related to construction or the equivalent experience and training
