Responsible for full recruitment life cycle. Handling Multiple Client Requirements. Build a strong network of consultants. Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports and update them. Good Knowledge on W2, corp to corp,H1B, F1,1099 tax forms etc ..!! Ability to research the technical requirements in order to mentor and guide the recruitment team to make effective sourcing. Ability to use social media to recruit candidate. Candidate from BPO/KPO with international calling experience preferred ..!! Experience :6 Months to 2 years ..!! salary :15k to 22k Job Location :Mohali
