Achieve inside Sales objectives by making sales calls to the assigned territory of North and South America Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue / sales goals through acquisition / upsell of accounts for the defined territory Independently establish call plans and customer follow-up strategies, and apply time and territory management techniques Follow the sales call process, assuring the customer understands our value proposition Build and manage quantifiable 3-month sales pipeline. Identifies opportunities to penetrate customer accounts with additional products and additional end-user purchase opportunities Generate leads using various professional networking websites and google Identify prospects utilizing creative lead-generating techniques and maintain productive working relationships with existing customers to upsell Identify new potential customers from various internet sources, understand their education technology needs, find the right contact, and generate opportunities to sell Strengthen customer relationships resulting in increased customer awareness, satisfaction and loyalty Effectively use the sales CRM tool (Zoho) to enter all sales information into this system.
