-Drive to achieve Sales Targets set out as per annual plan.
-Handling distributors, generating primary and secondary sales from assigned territory.
-Meeting with existing & new retailers
-Promotion activity of the products.
-Implement all job responsibilities as per strategy plan, Identify new and potential customers covering whole territory.
-Monitor and report on market activity, competitor activity.
-Handling customer queries & problems
-Co-ordination with supply chain for Super Distributor.
-Ensuring that all advertisement material (POP material, posters, danglers) are properly displayed and that the visibility of the same is there.
-Maintaining the stock with the distributors also and ensuring timely supply of product to them.
-Team handling of 6 SE, Training and motivation of S E and distributors salesman to generate the target sales.
-Additional charge given that is CSD MUMBAI DEPOT with URCs-Mumbai and Nasik Deolali.
