Overview
Master Distiller will be responsible for developing and crafting a collection of distilled spirits, including planning and executing distillation and blending operations.
Overseeing production of whisky,Vodka,Rum and Gin production.
Overseeing large scale blending operations including chilled filtration and flavoured spirit blending.
Quality control of finished spirits for bottling.
Managing inventory of raw materials, distilled spirits for bottling and barreled spirits.
Managing several employees assisting in distillation and blending operations.
Coordinating with bottle line manager to ensure smooth operation of distillation, blending and bottling.
Barreling spirits for aging, including proper blending and management of Solera aging systems.
