Candidate will be a part of Business Development (Feet on Street) team dealing with FMCG Sales, handling a region (generally a city or cluster of neighboring cities). The candidate is expected to increase penetration (retailer base registered with Udaan app) and engagement (retailer bases doing recurring business on Udaan) of Udaan in his region. Segment Details: 'FMCG' - fast moving consumer goods - covers everything from toiletries and cosmetics to TV's and hi-fi's. Therefore, the choice and variety of FMCG sales jobs is also very wide. You can work at every level from sales representative or executive right through to sales director. Roles and Responsibilities: As a Business Development Executive or 'FOS', it would be your job to sell your company's products or services. You would be responsible for finding and winning new customers (Retailers), as well as looking after existing customer accounts. You could specialize in one area of consumer goods, such as toiletries or sports goods. Depending on your market, your customers might be wholesalers, shops, businesses, manufacturers or individuals within your specific geographical area. Your day-to-day tasks are likely to include: Keeping in contact with existing customers(Retailers and Distributors) in person and by phone Making appointments with and meeting new Retailers who relates to or deals with FMCG Products. Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments Meeting sales targets Promoting new products and any special deals Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service Recording orders and sending details to the sales office Giving feedback on sales trends Expected Profile: The candidate should be Graduate. Should have at 6 months to 5 years of on ground sales experience. Should possess and been using Smart Phone and a Bike. Key skills: FMCG sales Experience is Must Salary: INR 1,00,000 2,80,000 P.A. Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate
