Handle corporate clients with their travel requirements like reservation/ticketing/fares /hotels and visa requests. Responsible for managing overall travel related operations / functions (Book & Deliver Travel requirements) at the backoffice/ front office location as per TAT. Proper Co-ordinate for Ticketing related work with Regional office/ branch/ Implants Team. Action on different mails from Regional Ticketing Team/Accounts etc. Providing customers professional, accurate, cost effective travel arrangements. Responsible for New reservations, reissuance, refunds, cancellation etc Co-ordination with airlines for confirmations/ ADMs & provide resolutions Confirm bookings and notify clients of Schedule change,luggage limits and insurance, medical, passport, visa and currency requirements. Processing bookings by speaking with suppliers,Branches/ Airlines and sending confirmations to clients/customers Checking queues and updating queues as per the requirement Undertake all back office related activities such as handling reissues, advanced fares, Invoicing -etc Enter data into software (GDS - Sabre / Amadeus ) & DSR and maintain client files. Co-ordinate with multiple departments to ensure quick resolution for the customer. MIS Updation- DSR updation
