Trans Continental e-Services is a Jetair group company, we are an independant BPO, with locations in Delhi and Mumbai. TCeS currently manages the entire customer contact for Jet Airways, Jetair tours (back-end as well as voice) and Jet-Lite (back-end as well as voice).
