The Primary Responsibility Of This Role Is To Get The Inside Sales Influence Clients To Buy Organizational Services By Analyzing And Understanding Client Situations And Business Requirements Through Awareness, Empathy And Good Questioning And The Ability To Articulate Associated Value Creation On Client Terms. Key Roles And Responsibilities Requirements: 1.Take Ownership For A Range Of Clients Within The Domestic Or Mid-Market Segments Through The Inside Sales Team. 2.Help Team Build Enduring Relationships And Display An Understanding Of The Client Industry, Business Environment And Strategy To Identify Current And Future Opportunities For Dimension Data. 3.Drive Passionately For Client Satisfaction Throughout The Entire Lifecycle Of The Clients Buying Process, By Taking Ownership For The Commercial Agreement For Each Client. 4.Generate Demand By Assisting Clients To Identify Current Needs (Turning Clients Implied Needs Into Explicit Needs), And Then Effectively Articulate How Dimension Data Can Add Value Through Services And Solutions. 5.Conduct A Business Analysis Of Dimension Datas Position Across Client Segments, Technologies Etc., Provide Required Reports To Vertical Head And Help Execute Strategies To Improve Business Performance. 6.Use Dimension Datas Sales Tools And Methodology To Effectively Manage Accounts, Opportunities, Pipelines And Forecast.
