1. Primary responsibility would be to call the customer and explain about the BULK SMS, Voice, IVR, Long Code Based & other IT & VAS services we provide. 2. Handling Sales enquiry through phone & email. 3. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. 4. Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database. 5. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods. 6. Candidate must have Excellent English & Hindi communication. 7. Ability to handle sales enquiries independently. 8. Target based job.
