The Executive should be responsible for capturing Customers demand and completion of all required repairs upto the customer satisfaction.Ensure speedy maintenance and repair of Cars through clear identification of customer\\\'s needs.Provide clear cost estimates and keep customers informed of work progress and any changes in the cost.Ensure clear and precise service invoices that shows parts, labor and lubricant charges.Take all necessary Actions to resolve any complaints and to maintain the promised delivery time.
