Maintain database of candidates using online software package. 1. Upload resumes into Applicant Tracking System. Required Skills: 1. Min 6 months experience in US Recruiting for IT position 2. Must have experience in recruiting C2C / W2 candidates 3. Excellent resume Sourcing skills 4. Good computer skills - MS Office, Email etc. 5. Strong work ethic; hardworking and driven 6. Excellent Communication skills 7. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task 8. Motivation to excel 9. Ability to work in Night Shift 10. Ability to work under pressure
