Overview
Provide supervision to the night project workers at the Hostel Accommodation
To undertake reviews of key working and support sessions with clients to review progress, development and challenge any negative behaviours
Operate within clear professional and confidentiality boundaries
To implement service specific policies and procedures
To develop a knowledge of the organisations other services and support
To ensure the service is maintained to a good, clean and tidy standard
To ensure staff accurately record support & advice given and files are reviewed on a regular basis
To use and access the IT systems, including e-mail
To maintain a professional approach to all communications with external agencies and visitors
To deal with difficult and problematic situations in a sensitive manner.
