1.Generate new business through Identify potential site and stakeholder related to that site 2.Manage Sales and BD team 3.Identify sponsors 4.Maintain good relationship with sponsors 5.Pitching products and/or services 6.Identifying vendors. 7.Manage daily monthly and yearly report. 8.Maintaining relationships customers, vendors and other stakeholders 9.Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays 10.Contacting clients to inform them about new developments with the companys products 11.Developing quotes and proposals 12.Negotiating and re-negotiating by phone, email, and in person 13.Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met 14.Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills 15.Able to provide quality leadership to a large team of sales team and BD Team 16.Following up new business opportunities 17.Providing management with feedback 18.Communicating new product developments to prospective clients 19.Overseeing the development of marketing literature 20.Good business sense 21.Good knowledge of computer specially MS office. 22.Good communication skills 23.A positive attitude 24.Negotiation skills 25.Good Understanding of local language
