Understand client requirement & scope of work from head designer, ideas and design concepts. Coordinate to depute technician for taking measurements and collect site photographs. Prepare designs and layouts as per work requirement. Ensure innovative designs and ideas are used in making design. Consider site measurements while preparing layout & final design. If required make changes in the design as per client suggestion. Finalize the design and get acknowledgement from the client. Provide measurements and design work inputs for preparation of quotation. Take follow up with Head Designer regarding quotation approvals. Provide support for material order. Send work sheet with all the relevant details to Prodution department for further process. Coordinate with Production department for completion of production work on time. Ensure work is completed within the given schedule. Coordinate with Project Coordinator for completion of installation work within schedule. Complete project on time and ensure client satisfaction. Ensure complete payment is recovered as per schedule. Develop and maintain cordial relations with Architect/Interior designers. Provide on job training and guidance to Jr. Designer. Monitor the performance and provide performance coaching for improvement. Provide ongoing performance feedback. Continuously upgrade job related competencies (knowledge/skills/behavior) and contribute in the continual improvement and growth of Organization. Compile and update projects related MIS. Provide periodical reports to Management as per requirement. Competencies:
