Managing Manufacturing & Packaging production and maintenance activities in all shifts, streamlining processes to enhance productivity along with operation team of 300 persons including technical assistant, electricians & operators. Responsible for Packing of shampoo in sachet (10 track FFS machine) and bottles, packing of cream in tube (Wimco tube filling machine) and sachet with spout (Mespack & Volpack machine) Planning the Manufacturing & Packaging production schedule with planning execution the same with optimum use of recourse to achieve the dispatch target. Tracks, analyzes and improves key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization & schedule compliance, etc. Ensuring working in the Department as per GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 & safety regulation to achieve zero Non compliance. BMR & BPR preparation accordingly to laid down pro Sufficient utilization & control of manpower. Supervision of production related activity. Co-ordination with other Deptt. i.e. Utilities, QA & QC, warehouse, HR etc. Maintain all Documents related to Machine, Area, history cards, Production related Log books etc. Responsible for preparation of chemical safety as per MSDS in plant. Other Administrative Functions of the Dept.
