Position Overview: We wish to associate with passionate individuals who are eager to bring about large-scale change in Govt systems through improved selection processes and technology solutions. You will be working to develop innovative OD processes and products to transform Indias education system and create the next generation leaders. You will be reporting to the State Head and will be responsible for ensuring effective design and implementation of the State Program to ensure growth and leadership development of your team and key stakeholders. Primary Responsibilities: # Manage Change o To create conducive environment for change initiatives in OD in Govt departments. o To enable the team to implement OD strategies for the facilitating the change and enabling Govt stakeholders for its adoption. o To implement the capacity building plans for Education officers in charge to use OD processes and technology to improve their work o To creating virtual professional forums for stakeholders capacity building. # Coaching and Performance Management o To set appropriate goals for the team and enable the team to achieve the set goals o To review the performance of the team on a regular basis o Mentor team and support them to develop contextualized courses and curriculum for the Govt o To ensure proper documentation of various meetings and OD initiatives # Design and Facilitation o Design contextualized selection processes and tools, courses and curriculum for senior Govt officers o To facilitate effective meetings with Senior Govt officials in Education o To facilitate sessions in workshops for large groups of stakeholders, within and outside the organization # Collaboration and Knowledge creation o Collaborate with Ops team and Govt officials
