Overview
The desired candidate is required of perform the following activities:
Respond to communications from guests, travel agents, and referral network.
Create and maintain reservation records-usually by date of arrival .
To handle sales calls from US/European Customers.
Follow ups with customers for existing reservations.
Conversion of a call into a sales call for inbound / Outbound selling and thus generating revenue to the company.
Take calls and provide the potential guests with the best possible accommodation options for their destination and competitive fares available in the market.
Provide professional, accurate, cost effective accommodation arrangements for clients while providing excellent customer service.
Meeting targets without compromising on product quality.
Excellent command over spoken and written English is essential for this profile .
Basic computer knowledge in making Excel sheets, Word and Power point.
