Overview

Job Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Act as a trusted payroll advisor to clients to recommend changes in products, services, and policies by uncovering payrolls needs and evaluating products configuration, educate and counsel them on payroll best practice. 2. Provide assistance and support to clients for incoming payroll queries and issues related to Paybooks software application. 3. Provide trouble shoot, research and provide equitable solutions to client's need related maintenance and customized configurations of payroll software. 4. Document client communications and interactions in appropriate client relationship system and to follow standard processes and procedures 5. Attain and maintain advanced knowledge of current payroll practice and issue. 6. Gather client's information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms
