You will have qty , monthly and yearly targets. 2) She / He will be responsible for the cash handling and as well as collating daily sales and other necessary reports. 3) She / He will be responsible for the smooth and effective functioning of the store. ave Have to manager the complete store operations by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. 4) She / He must maintain and review the store staff jobs by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees. 5) She / He have to maintain excellent rapport with the customers. Also, need to do various activities to drive the footfalls and increase the customer base. 6) She / He has to ensure store is neat and clean. Shelves and racks are properly stocked. 7) She / Hewill be responsible for managing the assets of the store. The security and the safety of the store is your responsibility. 8) She / He Must ensure the store is free from pilferage.
