Overview
E.A. will be directly reporting to our M.D., Job profile includes:
1. Managing day to day operations of the office.
2. Screening and prioritizing mails and phone calls.
3. organizing and maintaining all records.
4. Maintaining executive calendars and agenda
5. Planing and scheduling meetings and appointments and recording meeting discussions.
6. And any other similar duty that may be assigned to you time to time.
