Overview
- Responsible for achievement of Primary and Secondary Sales Targets assigned on Monthly, Quarterly, half yearly and yearly basis
- Responsible to ensure distribution coverage by enlisting new retailers/ distributors and reaching out to them by restructuring beats and follow ups.
- Responsible for Retailer/ Distributor management as per plan in the stipulated time
- Maintain the Inventory and information of Products for related distribution
- Responsible for ensuring timely collection of payment and reducing ARs
- 100% compliance of Sales processes and systems in the assigned territory.
- Building relationship and ensure service to various key accounts.
- Reporting of Sales achievements against targets in terms of volumes and values etc.
- Maintain MIS related to sales, initiatives and incentives.
