Currently our email processing team is based on two dozen workers that are working 50% in office and 50% from home in Germany. For the annual season starting in October the management is looking for more workers to process incoming customer emails. Working is simple: Incoming emails are pre-processed by keywords and standard answers for 90% of all incoming requests are available. German language skills in READING is obligatory (you must understand the incoming email), WRITING experience is less necessary. Usually an agent has only to decide fora matching standard text. The used internet-based email processing system is called OTRS initially developed by german airline LUFTHANSA and still in use there. The working times are various and can be choosen from the employee. Most of the emails arrives over the weekend (Saturday/ Sunday) and weekdays after 6PM CET. Emails can be answered in the local morning time. We pay by piece. All sended emails (Successful closed tickets) will be counted and paid by the piece.
