Job description :
1. Troubleshoot for technical issues related to computers.
2. Providing technical assistance to international clients Should focus on selling of Annual/Per incident plan.
3. Technical Sales process(Only voice based) receive the calls of the Customers, Solve their query, up-sell the product.
4. Responsible for effectively handling customer objections/queries, and meeting conversion/revenue targets Interaction with customers located in the USA /Canada over the phone.
5. Performing callbacks as required.
6. Respond to request for support and assistance from customers.
