Overview
To maintain and merchandise stocks of our Travel Bags and Travel accessories are displayed correctly all times in the stores at the allocated space by the luggage department.
1. To visit designated stores on daily basis to confirm the stock levels of our bags and accessories
2. To ensure all our products are visually visible with the right price tags at all times
3. If there is a short fall it needs to be replenished / filled completely
4. Should be able to remove the back stock from warehouse / godown and display it on the racks and shelves
5. No stock on shelves and warehouse should be notified to the respective department / category manager immediately pursuing for reordering
6. Manually should be able to take stock of the number of units in the warehouse / godown to ensure sufficient stock levels
7. Making notes of the damaged stock and getting it ready for pickup for repair and return with the help of the respective store supervisor
8. Daily reporting by utilization of mobile device and maintenance of physical file.
9. Always ensure a stuffed sample bag / duffle / gymbag is placed on the top
10. All the displays should be maintained as per price / coding based
11. Reports to be created for the store notes and action completed
12. Tracking and monitoring sales of the top selling SKUs and giving feedback of the slow moving ones
13. To assist and help customers who are visiting during your time of visit
14. Provide competition feedback of other competitors (that includes promotions / products / pricing / etc)
15. To follow standard operating procedures implemented by the company at all times.
16. Any other duties will be intimated from time to time
