The Inside Sales Executive/Coordinator job entails identifying relevant prospects, contacting them through telephone and persuading them to be a part of our e-Training / Webinar . Developing and maintaining lead database Updating client details in the Customer Relationship Management system Answer enquiry calls and respond to emails Follow up customer calls where necessary Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email Generate Sales and meet monthly targets Manage and resolve customer complaints Document all call information according to standard operating procedures Presenting and describing the benefits of our trainings to the prospects and timely follow-ups to ensure their participation. Primarily handling inbound/outbound telemarketing , coordinating with email and mailing efforts across all sales channels Liaising with marketing to assist in event follow-up and mail campaigns. Developing and maintaining the required knowledge of the company and its services to identify customer needs and maximize the opportunity Responsible for Business Development / Account Management
