Overview
Recruiter Responsibilities Include:
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Screening resumes
Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
Developing a recruiting pipeline
Performing reference and background checks
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
Following up on the interview process status
Completing timely reports on employment activity
Qualification:
Minimum of 5 years experience in U.S IT staffing and recruiter.
MBA in HR / Any Graduate Degree with U.S IT Staffing Experience
Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skill
Self Motivation Oriented
Selected U.S IT recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis with report and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter holds an U.S IT HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.
