2. To handle civil matters like property related cases.
3. Well versed in Drafting legal documents such as agreements, deeds, contracts, affidavits, Appeals, Compliant, suits, notices etc.
4. Coordinate with external lawyers / counsels and Appear before high court / supreme court/ lower courts/ city civil court for resolving critical issues in corporate matters.
5. Assist in providing advisory and research oriented services and furnishing legal opinions.
6. Dealing with legal professionals and government officials for legal, litigation & non- litigation matters
