A division of Malikar, Action for Promotion of Native Organizations (APNO) addresses surviving and thriving issues of organisations in the NGO and Education sectors. APNOs interventions assist organizations in achieving more with optimal resources. Our aim is to help Indian organizations to expand their reach and achieve stable growth. Customer Relationship Associates' key role is to connect with organizations and influence mindsets in favor of (accepting) adopting best practices, with regard to people, processes and technology, for staying relevant, growing and reaching increasingly greater number of beneficiaries. The ideal candidates must be medically fit, post graduates having; management orientation, good communication skills (Hindi & English), networking skills, problem solving skills, computer skills and ability to travel at short notice.
