Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions,
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills Required
* Excellent Communication skills with neutral accent
* Immediate joiners are preferred
* Willing to learn new things, Who are interested to work for back end support.
* Good Communication in English with Hindi or Marathi.
Job location: Mylapore , Chennai
Experience: Minimum 6 months Work Exp
Qualification: Any Graduation
