-Calling a given set of customer and informing them about the core content of the call
-Engaging the already enrolled customer as well as new customers with various topics.
-Escalating the adverse events to the immediate supervisor.
-Solving the queries placed by the customer on the call related to the program or any product.
-Discussing the scientific terms and aspects of the given products with the customer helping them understand the dos and dont for the given product while using it in his daily practice.
