Profile: Customer Service Representative (Executive / Sr. Executive)
Job Description:
Need to provide the outstanding customer support through live chat and Emailing.
Handling the premium international customer and providing them the best solution out of the availability.
Completely responsible for supporting the customer.
Need to make them believe that they have taken the right decision by being a part of the client.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skill is a must.
Willing to work in 24*7 work environment.
Willing to commute to Noida for Work.
Proficient enough to handle the customer gently no matter how finicky the customer is.
Smart enough to handle any situation in an efficient way.
Qualification:
Any Graduate (Technical graduate can also apply)
Any undergraduate candidate.
Experience: 0 to 6yrs
Preference will be given to candidates having experience into customer service.
Freshers are also welcomed
Salary : Max to 25k (Depending upon the experience and relevancy)+Bonus
Salary is not a bar for the right candidate.
