Overview

We are looking for a responsible person who can maintain accurate, up-to-date and useable information in our systems. Maintain filing system for essential correspondences & documents, as well as company reports to clients and keep official records. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check the output. Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents. Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations. Computer literacy. An ability to work to deadlines. An ability to work fast (but without mistakes). Good attention to detail.
