o Showcase featured products and allows consumers to view the products and
push the sales
Good communication skills with customer orientation and query handling.
o Positive persuasion is needed to generate interest, which gives the customers
an incentive to buy the products being promoted.
o Three primary areas of responsibility are: Product knowledge, Customer
interaction and Sales.
o ISPs should be well-spoken, energetic, and intuitive about the desires and
needs of the average consumer.
o Must be respectful and have a pleasing personality when interacting with
customers at all times.
Maintaining counter/setup and upkeep of stocks.
o Keep areas neat while working and return items to correct locations following
demonstrations.
o Demonstrate or explain products, methods, or services to persuade customers
to purchase products or use services.
Properly report the day to day activity to Leaf.
