Handling of the departmental activities.
Planning and executing of the manpower and work schedule.
Ensure that all critical spares are maintained as per the requirement.
Plan Monthly production reports and discussing with team members and superiors.
Ensure whether the process control and quality standards are met.
Planning of Daily production statement and shop floor efficiency calculations.
Communication with production team and Production manager for daily status of commitments & targets.
Monitoring assembly, testing and dispatching to be completed within the planned date.
Looking after the specialized components along with general components right from their ini-tial status to the final dispatch
