Job Description:
-Responsible for sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, social portals, etc., with the right skills to match the clients' requirements
-Implement innovative means to find a qualified candidate from diverse candidate pools. The individual is expected to evaluate candidate with hot job requirements including head-hunting
-Utilize internal tools and market knowledge to source candidates across a variety of IT platforms and build pipelines.
-Engage with passive candidates using the internet and phone in order to submit qualified candidates in a timely manner
-Manage candidate processes and act as a candidate advocate
-Compile and update reports for candidates
-Self-motivated, productive while unsupervised
Required Qualifications and Experience:
-Must be a results oriented self-starter with ability to meet deadlines
-Must have 2 years + talent acquisition / recruiting experience in the IndianIT staffing environment.
-Graduation (any stream)
-Must possess excellent social media, communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
-Excellent communicator, both written and verbal skilled telephone presence
