Overview

1. Carry out the selection and interview process to identify and recruit quality personnel to support the line management. 2. Monitor the time attendance system to ensure the accuracy of attendance records, and review regularly to meet the operational requirement. 3. Perform payroll administrative work and compile related HR and payroll monthly reports. 4. Administer the Pension/Retirement/MPF Scheme and produce related documents and reports. 5. Maintain a complete and updated personnel record of newcomers, termination and movement in HRMS, personnel files and master files. 6. Give recommendations in drafting the policy and procedures in support of the smooth operation of the Department. 7. Prepare all documentation work, including payment advice, tax return, etc on a timely basis. 8. Assist and support the administrative work of training area if required. 9. Resolve personnel problems and grievances. 10. Organize staff activities and search new ideas for staff recreations. 11. Give guidelines and coach the Assistant Officer on HR works when necessary. 12. Supervise the staff for the observance of the safety standards and promote the safety at work in the company. 13. Participate and assist in special projects and duties as assigned by supervisor.
