Job Responsibilities : - a Senior Level Sales/marketing Person Who Has Worked Electronics Engineering. - Coordinating and Managing the Business Activities in the Office and Field. - Controlling the Process of Leads to Order Booking. - Proper Coordination with Our Own Sales Executives and the Principal Company People Based At Pune and Out Side Pune. - Coordination Between all the Departments in the Office. - Managing and Directing the Sales Team, Making and Implementing Business Strategies, Managing Customer Accounts. - Comprehensive Feedback On the Market Forecasting and Budgetary Planning. - Working On Tenders, Follow Ups, Arranging the Weekly Sales Meeting, Maintaining Weekly Achievements, Weekly Forecast, Weekly Work Planning and Daily Discussion with Sales Team in the Evening to Get the Updates On Happenings. - Close Watch On Weekly / Monthly Business Targets, Forecasting and Fall Back Arrangement for Deficit. - Coordinating with the Principle for Any Price, Quotation Related Matters, Arranging the Presentation, Demonstration with the Customers. - Creating New Customer Accounts, Focus On the Value Added Business to the Company Verses the Existing and Regular Business. - He Should Be Able to Develop His Own Team and Grow the Overall Business.
