We are looking for a creative, fast, and Instagram trend-aware Video Editor with2 years of hands-on experience in creating high quality videos both motion graphics and video editing of photo shoots. This role is ideal for someone who is an expert in creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, short-form video content, long video content and understands platform trends, and can edit multiple videos daily with speed and quality.Key Responsibilities:Video Editing & Content CreationCreate and Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, and other social media videos (both vertical & horizontal formats with beautiful thumbnail cover designs)Create high-engagement short-form videos using latest Instagram trends, transitions, effects, and formats, creating motion graphics. Add subtitles/captions, text animations, emojis, sound effects, and background music Perform audio clean-up, voice enhancement, noise reduction, and balancing background music with vocalsOptimize videos for platform-specific best practices (Reels, Shorts, Feed, Stories)Design YouTube thumbnails that are eye-catching, clickable, and brand-alignedWork comfortably on Canva for thumbnails, reels covers, and quick creativesMaintain visual consistency with brand guidelinesAdd engaging overlays, lower thirds, intros/outros where requiredWork in a fast-paced agency environmentEdit multiple reels/videos per day across different brands and industriesCollaborate with content, social media team and photographer. Find references of trends from Instagram for inspiration and recreate the reels. Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, hooks, and retentionAttention to detail in subtitles, audio sync, and transitions*The candidate must have a portfolio of video edited Instgram reels, youtube videos, youtube thumbnail covers, youtube shorts, and background effects, to show in the portfolio.

Candiate must be proficient in running Google/ Meta/ Youtube Ads. Must be excellent at conducting ON Page and OFF Page SEO activities. Proficiency in using the latest tools for SEO. Ability to work on large ad budgets for performance marketing and lead generation. Must be able to analyze and track ad campaign performance. *Candidate must have 2 - 3 years work experience in a digital marketing agency. *Candidate must be proficient in both lead generation and SEO. *Candidate must have worked on atleast 5 websites for SEO and 5 brands for Google/ Meta Ads.
