The ICAR-National Research Centre on Pomegranate, Solapur (Maharashtra), was established on June 16, 2005 by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi, as a step to strengthen research and development infrastructure for pomegranate crop. Though Universities and institutes all over the world are having research programmes on pomegranate, this is the only institution working solely on pomegranate. Qualification & Experience : Post graduate in agriculture/horticulture/s oil science/chemistry/biochemistry or any other relevant field with minimum 60% marks hould be able to work in the field for collection of soil samples. Should have work experience in chemical and biochemical analysis of soil and plant samples etc. Preference will be given with candidate having experience in soil testing work Survey in different areas,soil sample collection,analysis of soil samples,bio chemical analysis of plant samples etc. Age Limit should be Minimum of 21 yrs and Maximum of 45 yrs.
