Overview
The ideal candidate should have prior sales experience in surgical solutions. A good knowledge of instruments and devices used for various Minimally Invasive surgeries and Open surgeries would be highly beneficial.
Candidate should be proactive, self starter and motivated to promote the brand, generate leads by visiting surgeons in the region.
Hiring will be done at different levels of experience and at senior levels it is a necessity to have built a strong network of relations among both end users (Surgeons/hospitals) and various distributors of surgical solutions.
As the role grows, the candidate will also have to pursue the expansion of the distribution network by identifying prolific and rising distributors.
