- Identify and implement process improvement efforts for Production, planning, dispatch, supply chain and sales function within the Company. - Create framework and sound process improvement accepted culture. - Take responsibility and accountability for the successful utilisation and results of the Performance Excellence Management Programme across functions - Handle team to ensure all deliverable of the CI team. - Identify, plan and implement key projects toreduce cost, increase productivity and sales productivity resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction. - Responsible for targeting completion of process improvement projects within a specified time frame while achieving a cost reduction and sustainability goal - Develop and co-ordinate the performance excellence / performance improvement vision and deployment planning as defined by the Continuous Improvement Executives/ Champion &Team.
