Search, identify and develop new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers or new clients who could benefit from our product range in a designated region.
Achievement of targets with respect to Key Performance Indicators (KPI) e.g. Sales Volume, Sales Price Level, A/c Receivables
Developing & expansion of the distributor network by identification, assessment of the prospective distributors / recommending for appointment
Sales Promotion activities including periodic Customer Surveys
Responsible for negotiation process and support
Strong communication skill for business development and troubleshooting
Skill of logical and convincing communication with buyers by managing and interpreting customer requirements
Strong follow up skill to convert enquiries to business
Strong co-ordination skill with logistics for timely shipments with full control
Providing timely information to customers such as delivery and other required logistics or other information keeping satisfaction level very high
On-time payment realisation from customers and co-ordination of accounts department and actively resolving accounts discrepancies
Safe Keeping buyers contact data sending intro and reminder mails on regular intervals for business generation
Prepare monthly sales data on PPT with sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information from market
Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product information, and value proposition to customer
Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required
Provide customer feedback to production dept. for future product developments.
Supporting digital marketing team for business generation.
