Job Description for Executive to Management
Experience: - Fresher 1 Year
Location: - Connaught Place
Organize and manage the calendar of Management
Preparing reports and MOM.
Ensuring appointments are scheduled in a time-efficient manner.
Planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, organize travel and guest arrangements.
Developing itineraries and agendas, accommodation, meeting venues and transportation.
Ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of travel and expense claims and invoices.
Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering inquirers and requests, and professionally handling them when appropriate.
Maintain office systems, including data management, client master database and filing.
Participates as an adjunct member of the Executive Team including assisting in scheduling meetings and attending all meetings
