Job Summary
Effectively generate sales from HORECA ( Hotel, Restaurants & Cafe ) + Canteens, Hospitals, Hostels, Caterers and Hospitality Companies.
Responsibilities and Duties
Generate Sales from Horeca & Institution Clients.
Appointing Distributors and Presentation to clients
Negotiation and closing sales and generating sales orders
Collection of dues Sales promotion
Building business relationships with current and potential clients
Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
Identification of new business / Customers Receiving feedback from the clients on a regular basis.
Coordinating with the Clients on a regular basis and Conducting DEMOS / TRIAL of products.
Ensuring client satisfaction through surveys / feedback.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
Market Intelligence along with in-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines and Good with numbers
Able to provide quality leadership to a large team of sales people
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Ensuring 100% adherence of the company policy and Handling the Customer as professional
