Accountable for all IT Consulting/ recruitment related matters (Projection, Planning, Tracking and Execution)
Presenting and selling company solutions and services to existing clients
Responsible for Identifying new opportunities, negotiating and closing deals.
Strong relationship skills to communicate with middle, senior, C Top levels clients.
Responsible for client retention and setting the meetings proactively with Top decision makers or wallet holders to hunt for new opportunities with them.
Understanding business demands & prioritizing the requirements accordingly,
Hiring for Internal positions & for clients open positions on Contract, Subcon, FTE, and C2H.
Execution of end to end recruitment process, market intelligence, networking, interviewing, salary closures and hand holding till joining,
Driving weekly status calls to ensure requirement tracking, status updates, closures, offer to joiner status,
New ramp up discussions, strategizing plan of action for forthcoming targets/assignments,
SPOC for all escalations from Clients& resolve them amicable.
Develop Plan of action & sourcing strategies
Drive reviews, reports & track progress to implement timely course corrections
Mapped out the market in terms of available resources and skills
