About the role
We are looking to hire Recruitment Associate, in a full time capacity, who can help to source, attract, pre-screen and select qualified and suitable personnel to fill the job openings. The working hours would be aligned to US working hours as we cater to US based recruiters.
We are looking for a candidate who has:
HR background or having a HR/MBA degree (preferable)
Good with communication
Willing to learn and accept new challenges
Energetic and love working in night shifts
Responsibilities
To determine client requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
To prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc.
Source and attract candidates by using databases and various social media platforms
Screen candidates resume and job application
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude
Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with client and customers
