Overview
Job Description :-
1. Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their requirements.
2. Receiving client briefings and analyzing the input of client together with background knowledge, research, field feedback etc.
3. Working with the senior authorities and assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies.
4. Providing creative, production, media, public relations and interactive department personnel with well-documented input, support data and production materials as required;
ensuring that advertising strategies are clearly defined, approved by clients, and understood by the creative and media groups.
5. Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively.
6. Presenting work done to clients for approval or modification.
7. Writing client reports.
8. Monitoring the effectiveness of the work
9. Arranging and attending client meetings.
10. Making 'pitches', along with other agency staff, to try to win new business for the agency
11. Meeting with potential and existing clients to increase opportunities to increase market share and revenue within government and corporate organisations
12. Developing proposals, quotations and tenders for enquiries and negotiating terms to secure sales opportunities to meet targets
13. Working with the event management team to identify new opportunities to deliver innovative event management services
14. Participate in marketing activities to increase brand awareness and gain new clients
15. Attend trade and public events for networking and to secure new business opportunities to create a pipeline of sales opportunities.
