Eenadu is a leading regional media house with a subscription of over 16 lakh print copies delivered everyday. We are looking also a very forward thinking organization and have digital presence. It is for the digital team of Eenadu that we wish to recruit technology resources. Job Description: - Understand the current system architecture. Improvise the architecture as needed. - Understand the current system level requirements and implementation. - Identify the right technology for implementation of requirements. - Develop the features as per the technical requirement. - Maintain the code base of the existing product. Fix bugs as and when reported. - Work on implementation of new features. - Work on the UI and UX for new features. - Analyze other existing products / plugins that can be enabled into our platform to make it more efficient, interactive and engaging. - Create and maintain the technical implementation design and system design documents. - Design and implement appropriate databases Experience and Skill Set : - Graduations in Computer Science with 5 to 6 years work experience or equivalent. - Experience with PHP coding. - Experience with HTML, HTML5, CSS, Java Script. - Should have worked on content management systems (CMS) - Should Design and implement Databases. Specifically MySQL. - Vast experience in web technologies. - Should have worked on implementation of a medium sized software project from the word go. - Should have the zeal to take on new challenges and be comfortable to analyze new technologies and their aptness for our platforms. - Should have mentored a team of software developers.
