Overview
Responsible for providing telephone and remote diagnostic technical
support related to installation, operation, configuration, customization,
performance, and usage of assigned products.
Sales and delivery of Technical Services and Support for major Brands like
Apple, Dell, IBM, Lenovo, Acer and HP Etc.
Troubleshooting and resolve client tech issues related to computers, routers and printers. Fixation of Virus and Malware infections Etc.
Diagnosis and resolving of the hardware problems and troubleshooting.
Verifies warranty entitlement and determines appropriate action.
Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
Documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation. Provides basic remote deployment, maintenance and consulting service.
Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Professional in conduct/behavior, appearance and communication.,Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal as well as written.,Ability to develop effective working relationship with the client.
